How much is shipping?
We only charge £4.65 for standard delivery. For quicker delivery times it would be a charge of £8.95
We deliver FREE in Stoke on Trent area
Are you Defra/Apha Approved?
We source our icing from a Defra/APHA Approved supplier in the UK , We are registered with our local Trading Standards Agency.
How long do the Biscuits and Cakes last?
Bicuits will keep approximately 6-8 weeks possibly longer if stored correctly as shown below ,as we dehydrate them and we dont add any nasty preservatives and would need to be stored in a airtight container in a cool dry place.
For the Cake products - These products would need to be stored in a air tight container in the fridge and only last 5-7 days.
What Ingredients do you use?
We use a selection of the following ingredients in our products
Wholemeal Flour, Chickpea Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Coconut Flour, Dessicated Coconut, Banana, Blueberries, Strawberries, Apples, Carrot, Beetroot, Sweet Potato, White Potato, Pumpkin Puree, Applesauce, Mint, Parsley, Peanut Butter, Coconut Oil, Carob, Natural plant food colourings, Flax Seeds, Chia Seeds etc. We also add natural and a very small amount of food colouring to some of our products.
What if my order is damaged or late?
We send our products out within time so that you receive your goods when you request.
We either use the postal service or a carrier depending on the weight and size of the order. However we cannot be held responsible for any damaged or late arrivals as we are at the hands of the carriers and sometimes these things do happen. Also if you are not available to take the delivery if you are not home etc we cannot guarantee the freshness of the product and it would not be replaced if no longer edible
When is the best time to order for a Birthday Cake or Cake products?
We would advise to give us 7-10 advance notice to order any cake products . When the cake arrives with you it is imperative that it is consumed within 3-4 days and stored correctly as shown above and on the label. Please do not leave your cake products out of the fridge and lying around anywhere where it is warm or hot.
